Hi, I’m Danish — a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Intuit Canada, certified resume analyst, and a member of Career Directors International (CDI), a global association for resume writers and career coaches known for its industry-recognised certifications, awards, and professional standards for career practitioners.

I’ve moved from Pakistan to Dubai to Canada, navigating my career through tech roles, and I’ve helped engineers do the same by fixing their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and job-search systems.

This assessment combines what I see in my weekly 1:1 resume reviews with eye-tracking research from Ladders, which shows recruiters spend roughly 6–7.4 seconds on an initial resume scan and focus on just a few key data points before deciding “yes” or “no.”

It’s designed to show you, in plain English, why recruiters aren’t calling you back and what to fix first.
